above and beyond the call of customer service. What a great person. He is
passionate about his work, people and the community. He came over yesterday to
pick up our broken washer and our working, perfectly good dryer. My neighbor
was walking home from the library and saw us. She said her dryer was broken
and asked if Fred could pick up her dryer. She also asked if she could have
mine. He was so sweet. He loaded up my dryer and took it to her house. Then he
picked up her broken one and put in the new one. What an awesome person. He
definitely helped out our 76 year old neighbor. What super customer service.
When she asked what she could give her he simply said, "It is my pleasure!"

- What Was Good or Bad About Our Service?: Fred is a nice guy and was eager
to finish the job. I needed the job done the same day and he was able to do
so. Fred...i have the trays that came with the refrigerator. Pls let me know
if you want to pick them up. Otherwise, i will trash them. -Lisa
